Pricing

Our rooms start at $695 a month, and scale up to $1150 per month, depending on size, if it’s furnished or not, move-in month, and the lease duration.

Each room comes with full utilities, Wifi, an on-site washer/dryer, and fully furnished common areas.

Co-Living House Rules

  1. Tenant understands that he/she must follow the SWAT House Cleaning Procedures, and clean on his or her weekly rotation all common areas, and help pitch in purchasing toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc. If one does that participate, they will be charged $50 per missed rotation.
  2. Dishes/Any kitchen items, must be cleaned up immediately after any meal, and any soaking dishes must be finalized no later than 24 hours.
  3. Tenants can have overnight visitors up to 5 nights a month and only 1 overnight visitor at a time. No exceptions.
  4. Quiet Hours are 10pm-8am. No TV or phone calls during this time. No exceptions.
  5. No smoking/vaping, at all, on property.
  6. No drugs at all on property.
  7. No one under the age of 18 may live on the property.
  8. No pets at any time.
  9. Tenants must not leave personal items out in common areas. Remove after each use.
  10. To help with house cleanliness, no shoes are allowed to be worn in the house.
  11. Parking: Each guest must park in their assigned parking spot.
  12. Grill, fireplace, etc: If you use any of these devices, you use at your own risk.
  13. It is a $100 fee to unlock a locked door, if you lose your keys or code.
  14. **If there is a safety issue with any guest (Including but not limiting to: Physical or verbal abuse, any level of property damage, excessive trash in room, excessive noise in room, excessive visitors by guest, etc), the guest will be considered a criminal, and MGT will have guest removed by the police, IMMEDIATELY, and your lease is VOID.
